The Casa de la Vall House is located in the former headquarters of the Consell General, the Parliament of Andorra, in Andorra la Vella.
The Casa de la Vall House is an emblematic building in Andorra. In 1419 it was created an inter-parochial organization known as Consell de la Terra , later transformed into the Consell General de les Valls d'Andorra
The Casa de las Vall House was built in 1580 and was the property of the Busquets family, was bought by the Consell General in 1702. It is a quadrangular-floor building with three corridors following the way of the majestic Catalonian country houses.
Its facade shows the shields of Andorra, and it presents various defensive elements.
In its gardens you will find the pigeons’ loft of the tower, as well as contemporary commemorative sculptures. It is worth to mention that this building was restored in 1962.
